Single Sessions

If a session has already been completed, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.
Coaching Packages or Programs
Refunds for coaching packages or programs may be requested only if no sessions have been used.
Once a session within a package has taken place, the package is considered active and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
