Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Communication Upgrade coaching services. Because coaching requires dedicated time, preparation, and scheduling, the following refund policy applies.

Single Sessions
Single coaching sessions may be refunded if the session has not yet taken place.
If a session has already been completed, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

Coaching Packages or Programs
Refunds for coaching packages or programs may be requested only if no sessions have been used.
Once a session within a package has taken place, the package is considered active and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
