What's Included:
Pre-call questionnaire
Before we meet, you’ll complete a short questionnaire about your current speaking responsibilities and goals. This allows our session to be focused, precise, and tailored to the level you’re stepping into.
3 weekly 60-minute video call sessions
We conduct a focused diagnostic of your long-form delivery and identify the subtle habits that are weakening your executive presence. You’ll leave with precise refinements to your pacing, structure, and a clear protocol you can apply immediately.
Email support between calls
You’ll have email access between sessions for focused questions or presentation adjustments. This ensures momentum continues and your refinements are applied in real time.
Virtual presence revamp
After completing your core sessions, you’ll submit a 5–10 minute presentation clip. I’ll provide a private annotated review of your pacing, sentence landing, and visual composure — followed by a focused integration call to refine those adjustments in real time.
Skills audit
The pre-session questionnaire, our live coaching, and a detailed post-session analysis together to create a comprehensive audit of your skills. You’ll receive clear insight into your strengths, subtle authority gaps, and the precise refinements that will elevate your long-form delivery.
Post-session personalized action plan
Following our session, you’ll receive a personalized action plan built from your skills assessment and live coaching work. It includes practical drills, and pre and post-presentation exercises tailored specifically to your delivery style and goals.
